Return and Refund Policy

At Poshń, we take great pride in the quality of our fragrances and perfumes. Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic purposes, we regret to inform you that we do not honor returns on opened items. Once a product's seal has been broken, the return is void.

Refunds will only be processed for items that remain in new and unopened condition upon arrival back at our headquarters. Returns and refunds will be granted exclusively for items that are either wrong or defective, provided they are non-damaged (if returning a wrong item) and unused.

Return Policy:

• You have 24 hours from the date of receipt to request a return.
• Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt for any defects, damages, or inaccuracies.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unused and in their original packaging (if non-damaged).
• Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs; however, these costs will be reimbursed once the items are received by us.
